Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect customers, recipients, connected services, and the reliability of Marsin.

1. Lawful and authorized use

You may use Marsin only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, audiences, and integrations you are authorized to use. You are responsible for notices, consents, unsubscribe requirements, platform rules, and industry-specific obligations that apply to your marketing.

2. Prohibited use

  • Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, security testing without written permission, or attempts to bypass tenant boundaries, limits, approvals, or safeguards.
  • Spam, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, hidden sponsorships, unlawful surveillance, or misleading synthetic media.
  • Harassment, exploitation, discrimination, threats, sexual abuse material, extremist recruitment, or content that facilitates serious physical or financial harm.
  • Unlawful processing of sensitive personal data, high-impact automated decisions without required review, or use in regulated advice without qualified oversight.
  • Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, restrict a workflow, require additional review, remove content, suspend access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary. We consider severity, recurrence, intent, impact, and the customer's response. We may report conduct where required by law.

4. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse to abuse@marsin.ai with the workspace, activity, and supporting evidence you can lawfully share.
