Marsin legal
Accessibility Statement
INSIDEA, Inc. wants Marsin to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Our target
We are working toward conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA for the public website and core product workflows. This statement describes a target and ongoing program, not a claim that every screen currently conforms.
What we support
We use semantic headings, visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, status messaging, and reduced-motion considerations where practical. We test key paths with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility checks, then address issues by severity.
Known limits
Some complex data visualizations, third-party integrations, generated content, and newly released product surfaces may not yet provide the same experience to every assistive technology. We are continuing to improve these areas and can provide reasonable alternatives when available.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access a Marsin feature or document, email accessibility@marsin.ai. Include the page, task, browser, assistive technology, and the format or assistance you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days.
